I have got the pleasure to write you in my character of inspecyor
of the International Federaction of Chess according to the Resolution of
the General Inspection of Justicie Nº 000956/98.
Accordig to that solved my appointment implies the displacement
of actuals authorities, reason for the one the only representation recognized
by the Secretary of Sports of Argentina is the one exercised by myself.
In use of such abilities Im glad to make you know that Ing. Oscar
Panno and GM Carlos García Palermo must converge to the Congress
that take place in the city of Elista, Kalmykie, in representation of Argentina.
